Emerging Leaders (ELP) is a college-prep program giving adolescent boys of color an opportunity for academic and leadership development. Under the mentorship of educated men of color, students engage in community service, get exposure to higher education, and build their leadership skills.

Emerging Leaders Program

Emerging Leaders (ELP) is a college-prep program giving adolescent boys of color an opportunity for academic and leadership development.  The program has been in place for 5 years starting in 2016. Funds donated to ELP are used for workshop supplies, materials, food, college scholarships, college tours, field trips, transportation for field trips, workshop location and facilitator fees.
